Scope of Work
A store based role that is focused upon consistently delivering the customer service proposition and driving sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for the sales and profitability of the showroom, to achieve/exceed the sales targets, maintain optimum stock levels, observe the company policies and procedures, increase the level of customer service so that the showrooms achieve the company objectives/targets.
• Ensuring brands are sufficiently stocked and effective replenishment ordering.
• Inventory Control - Regular stock taking and ensuring there are no stock shortages.
• Cash Management - Ensuring accuracy in all the cash transactions and maintaining records.
• Coaching and mentoring the junior staff/ management trainees on product knowledge for the optimum output in line with the market needs & opportunities
• Providing leadership, counseling and career guidance for the development and guidance of all the new staff/trainees.
• Interacting with the customers and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting the set service delivery standards.
• Maintaining effective cordial relationships with the customers through a genuine interest in the business.
General Certificate of Examination - Ordinary Level 2002 Dec Mathematics stream chemistry, Physics and combined maths are three main subjects
