Undertook debts collection, daily follow up’s and analysis of all overdue outstanding receivables from clients regularly for both companies GEW & AEB.
•Complete credit reviews and proper approvals for all credit accounts.
•Visiting the new client’s office and reviewing the bank statement, audit financials and allotting the credit limit as per the evaluation.
•Ensures the timely collection of outstanding monies in accordance with policies and procedures.
•Managed all areas of accounts receivable including customer bill generation, receipt and reconciliation of customer payments and customer account adjustments.
•Debtor’s reconciliations monthly, quarterly & annually.
•Responsibilities included managing and maintaining debtor’s ledger of all credit accounts involving collecting debt via Visits, telephone, e-mail, fax and letter.
•Organized and maintained good relations, meetings with clients on regular intervals
•Built healthy relationships with customers by visiting, meeting & calling.
•Recovering all AR significant amount of outstanding from the customers.
•Following the terms & policies of DOA (Delegation of Authority) & working as per the norms of group credit policies.
Taking care of Stocks/Inventory related to the all material received in proper and good conditions.
•Opening of service/warranty jobs and claims the warranty spare parts with the authorized distributor and close the job on timely.
•Sending SOA to all the credit customer’s and follow up’s for the outstanding payments.
•Arranging & scheduling to pick up the payments from customers.
•Making all GRN (Goods Received note) and processing invoice and D.O.
•Scheduling delivery of goods and maintaining proper documents.
•Processing payments via cheque, for all our suppliers AP as per the approved credit terms.
•Generating AR/AP reports at the month end.
•Stock checking for every quarter with the Finance manager & Annual stock count with internal & external auditors.
Calling customers regularly and giving a brief explanation for all our products like FD/FFD Deposits, Loans & Balance transfers.
•Generating leads and passing to the team leader to meet the targets.
•Worked for both in-bound & out-bond, where customer use to call and ask for the product quarries etc.
Giving Ads in news papers, spreading company broacher’s via stall and door to door, weekly inside the news paper, scroll ads in local channels etc.
•Generating leads and passing to the team manager.
•Communicating with client and arranging site visits and giving detailed summary about the projects, gated community, nearby developments, inside development about road size and plot sizes, facing etc.
