Developing cost estimate of projects such as Hollow Metal Doors & Frames
and Finished Hardware by conforming American fire rating standard’s
(NAAMM, HMMA, NFPA, and ANSI).
Reading the floor plan and elevation drawings of projects and executing the
requirements of hardware’s hinge, locks, closer, stopper etc., (Arrow, Stanley,
Hager and DHI).
Ability to read and understand construction plans.
Prepare shop drawings for flex toilet partitions & urinals for most of the big
projects in Saudi Arabia (American, European & University Standard’s).
Matching the customer requirement with the HMMA & ANSI standard for the
production of steel fabrication.
Responsibility for the quotation and door and hardware schedule of hollow
metal doors.
Designing the new Frame profile’s as per the customer requirement.
Making quotations by considering and calculating the transport and import
charges. ( Bilco, Stanley, Arrow, Hager).
Preparing quotation for the Roof Hatch Bilco & Washroom accessories A&J.
Designing the new Frame profile’s as per the customer requirement.
Explaining Client about the company standards and detailing him the schedule.
Planning, controlling & leading our subordinates to achieve the management
target as a Department Head.
Provides design of the project in a short period of time.
Participate in meetings and work closely with manufacturing and production
personnel to ensure quality drafting of new or redesigned products and
instruments for an organization
