Roles and Responsibilities
•Tracking and Monitoring
•Weekly and bi weekly monitoring of on-going projects and amending the forecast and budgets as and when required.
•Tracking of the time and expenses of the US and USI resources and invoicing them to the client as per the SOW.
•Financial Reporting and Summaries
•Sending out weekly financial summaries and adding commentary on the progress of the project.
•Preparing Ad-Hoc reports as per the requirement of the project.
