Digital Signage Solutions - Indoor:
• Identifies Digital signage requirements of the customer by visiting the location and suggests best display solutions
• Preparing design drawing draft of the project and submit it to the concern department or client to visualize the outcome of the signage units
• Designed, installed and configured LED panel big screens with customized shapes, Horizontal & vertical video walls of different matrix size, Digital signage smart TV units
• Configuration of Windows, Android media players to the signage screens and connect the media player devices to content manager SaaS software (NAVORI, Ryarc, Spring signage) via cloud by giving licensing to each screen
• Managing the digital signage solutions manager software by installation and configuration, Web CMS configuration, Content uploading, Play list creation, etc.
• Experienced in different content management SaaS software in terms of creating license pool, distributing and managing administrator dashboard, monitoring each screen from back end
• Maintain the digital signage solution software for different locations by uploading the content according to the marketing and other department request and monitoring all the units up and running
• Reporting all the digital signage installation and configuration details and solution software visual upload details to the concern department and managers
• Managing a total number of 130 units flat Screens, 25 units Video Walls & 10 units of LED panel units

Interactive KIOSK & Application - Retail Store Wayfinding App:
• Technically coordinate retail store wayfinding KIOSK application for different stores of Sports Corner Qatar which helps customers to aware about the store floor map with zones, best seller, new arrival. And also, it gives a welcome message.
• Prepare product and solution requirement documentation as per the meeting with concern department.
• Prepare flow chart and product output diagram and submit to retail concept manager
• Technically coordinate the project requirement with application development team
• KIOSK machine installation with windows operating system at site and configuring required software, proximity sensor
• Testing the machine and application working process on the site
• Maintain the KIOSK application for different stores by uploading the content from the we back end according to the request and monitoring all the units up and running

• Update the report daily basis and providing management with feedback
