Handle all activities occur inside warehouse (loading, unloading and arranging) by respecting FIFO and FEFO apply all safety procedures inside the work place.
Checking and reviewing all transactions
Proper stock handling and keep update warehouse records like as invoices, delivery notes, transaction documents etc.
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock level and maintain inventory control.
Issued from packing materials to production .
Monitor storage in warehouse.
Issued product from warehouse after Quality team approved (Received goods).
Performs inventory cycle counting and support in periodical physical counting.
Adequate treatment of Expired and damaged goods(quality team rejected also). As per company policy and procedures.
Maintain high level of housekeeping in warehouse.
Other duties assigned by superiors/reporting Authorities.
I am working as Warehouse supervisor Cum Grn Executive from November 2019 onwards
To ensure that Goods Received Notes(GRN) and Supplier Invoices are correctly Matched and Processed, resulting in an accurate and speedy payments of accounts. Identifying unmatched invoices to GRN promptly resolving those within the range of acceptable Difference. Accurately and promptly dealing with all GRN and Invoices outside the range of acceptable differences.
The GRN is a document used when the warehouse staff receives procured goods / a material against a (LPO) purchase order so that quantities received is documented into the stock card, stock report, bincard etc
Role include checking, ensuring goods received are in accordance with the LPO issued.Data entry of all receipts, issues and checks all invoices against LPO . Receiving, storing, and distribution of all items. Ensure that the issue made are as per the standard stock list and and proper documentation is avialable for issuing materials. All discrepancies in receipts/issues to be reported to the supervisor. Responsible to allot to new stock numbers for items and obtain approval from supervisor. Ability to maintain good documentation And assist warehouse supervisor in generation of monthly reports.
