Recruitment, selection & coordinating the training of the work force.
Key Achievements

 Headed the business operations during FIFA, managing a 13% increase in delivery points with a 3% increase in fleet and a restricted increase in sales fleet. This resulted in a 7% decrease in overall sales costs in H2 ’23.
 Developed a portfolio for the premium category under the Qbake brand, generating 4 million in volume in 2022 and growing to 16 million in exit 2023.
 Consistent achievement of 95%+ against budget during every financial year.
 proposed a half-processed breakfast range segment and RTE assortments; outcome was a value of QR 1.3 million in 2022 and grew to QR 3.4 million by the end of 2023.
 Through the Employee Development Plan, two salesmen were trained, developed, and appraised for supervisory grade, and one supervisor was promoted for managerial role.
