Headed the business operations during FIFA, managing a 13% increase in delivery points with a 3% increase in fleet and a restricted increase in sales fleet. This resulted in a 7% decrease in overall sales costs in H2 ’23.
Developed a portfolio for the premium category under the Qbake brand, generating 4 million in volume in 2022 and growing to 16 million in exit 2023.
Consistent achievement of 95%+ against budget during every financial year.
proposed a half-processed breakfast range segment and RTE assortments; outcome was a value of QR 1.3 million in 2022 and grew to QR 3.4 million by the end of 2023.
Through the Employee Development Plan, two salesmen were trained, developed, and appraised for supervisory grade, and one supervisor was promoted for managerial role.

Conceptualize and implement organizational strategies, formulation of policies and implementation.
Oversee all the management functions, with a special focus on Sales Function and management team to ensure policies were met and training increased.

Route riding with sales force to know the pulse of market and to see the problems faced by sales force in market. Analyzing the problem where it originated helps in finding a real solution.
Reduction of sales wastages from market by implementing promotions, gondola, etc. and finding new business points irrespective of the size of the market.
Report generation and training for sales team, ensuring more market support for those who are lagging in accomplishments after identifying their problem.
Organizing sales meetings with all sales staff and discussing problems and issues in a friendly way to encourage the sales force to feel more conformable during the work.
Time to time evaluation of targets and achievements and consulting sales staff’s opinion to know where they are lagging to guide them towards the achievement of targets.
