Key Result Areas:
•Deliver full year target of assigned account & distributors business size of (USD 26 Mn yearly)
•Prepare business plan for the Distributors, regions including Key Accounts Strategy, Volumes, Business Forecasts, and New Contracts
•Negotiate and finalize JBP to develop and continuously improve strategic business relationships with Accounts/Key Accounts to contribute to enhance sales & profitability across portfolio.
•Managing budgets based on ROI analysis and drive account P&L as per aligned targets.
•Lead Marketing projects to land the innovations and promotion campaigns on-time-in-full for a stunning impact.
•Network effectively with Major Accounts and develop strong professional relationships.
•Ensure proper stock level at distributor side to manage key seasonal mega events, shopper activation and leaflets
•Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends and Market shares to achieve metrics.
Key Result Areas
•To achieve yearly and monthly sales targets by Account
•Implement annual Business Development Agreements.
•Plan/execute the brand activations and perfect store KPI's
•Plan the year and execute various activities as per company strategy to secure our products' availability and visibility in the marketplace.
•Control monthly update on spends of activity/promotions against budgets.
•Regular shop visits to control the visibility, availability, pricing, promotions, and competitor events.
