• Manage the scheduling and coordination of interviews with agents and ensure the collection of all
required candidate documents.
• Coordinate visa applications, ticket confirmations, and arrival arrangements for selected candidates.
• Handle pickup and onboarding processes for new joiners at project sites.
• Create and manage employee profiles in the ERP system and maintain all necessary documentation
for new joiners.
• Follow up on visa processing post-arrival, handle renewals, and manage processes related to
passport release, retention, and issuance of HR Letters.
• Maintain leave records and provide accurate, timely data to the accounts team for ticket allowance
and leave salary processing.
• Coordinate with recruitment agents and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Prepare monthly headcount reports, support manpower planning, and implement site-specific HR
Policies and procedures.
