o Quality Assurance of RF Optimization in LTE Tri Band 850 FDD, 1800 FDD and 2300 TDD Dual Carrier, Quality Check of Single Site SSCVT Acceptance Check List and Cluster Acceptance Check List Report with the help of RF and OSS/RAN KPI’s, Quality Assurance for 16 KPI’s of LTE/Volte such as Successful Handover (Intra-eNodeB), Successful Handover (Inter-eNodeB), RSRP (>=90%), Overlapping Servers within 5 dB =60%), Overlapping Servers within 5 dB =90%), MAC Throughput DL >= 1000 Kbps (>=90%), MAC Throughput UL >= 256 kbps(>=90%), Average MAC Throughput DL(>=25000 kbps), Average MAC Throughput UL (>=3000 kbps), SINR >= 2 dB(>=95%), , Average SINR (>=12), Average RSRP, VoLTE RTP Packet Loss Rate(=95%), IMS Registration Setup Time < 1.5 s, VoLTE Setup Time < 1.5 s (>=95%), VoLTE Jitter < 40 ms (>=95%), VoLTE Latency < 100 ms (>=95%), , Managing Team of 16 Members, Validating/Checking and Approving Final Justification of Failed KPI’s Provide RCA by RF Optimization Team as Per Quality Assurance Guide Line Rules.

Job Responsibility:
4G Roll Out
o Involving in CW Test for Carry out new feature trial testing and advising on parameters usage.
2G/3G Benchmarking Analysis and Optimization
o Performing 2G/3G network Benchmark Drive Test data analyzing for MPT Operator comparison with Ooredoo Operator and Telenor Operator; Providing technical creativity in solving problems; Recommending 2G/3G parameters change and performing advance analysis; Preparing daily 2G/3G performance Cluster report and identifying worst performing cells; Monitoring the 2G/3G KPI based on cell site and area wide, and improving the 2G/3G KPI; Reviewing the daily system alarms and assist BSS/MW team to solve the problems; Managing the Drive Test Engineers; Managing / Maintaining of Various 2G/3G KPI’s like Accessibility, Retain ability, Mobility & Throughput; 2G/3G log file analysis and post processing; Improvement in VOICE and DATA KPI for 2G/3G. Analyzing Layer 3 Messages for 3G Network on XCAP.

Network Optimization (Main Responsibility):
• Perform network optimization data analysis.
• Provide technical creativity in solving problems.
• Recommend parameters change and perform advance analysis.
• Define drive routes and prepare MapInfo maps.
• Prepare daily performance report and identify worst performing cells.
• Monitor the KPI based on cell site and area wide, and improve the KPI.
• Maintenance the KPI, ensure that it archives the target.
• Review the daily system alarms and assist BSS/MW team to solve the problems.
• Network parameters consistent check on weekly and monthly basis according to project requirement.
• Carry out new feature trial testing and advice on parameters usage.
• Carry out high level network performance management and improvement.
Network Planning (Concern with Planning Team):
• Advise on nominal planning according to project requirement.
• Advise on high level Model tuning and traffic analysis.
• Demonstrated technical ability with complete understanding of RF system design, RF coverage.
• Planning, site identification, frequency planning, and interference analysis.
• Link budgets, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic analysis, site RF equipment including antenna and ancillary parts.

• Drive test and benchmarking for 2G, 3G and 4G networks.
• RF design and optimization activities for a 2G/3G network.
• Perform RF network design, planning and optimization.
• Responsible to resolve the issues and support regions to deliver Key performance indicator.
• Undertake network performance improvement and optimization tasks.
• Analyze and recommend equipment and antenna location for different technologies.
• Drive Testing analysis and report.

• RF site survey for coverage & capacity
• Supporting field engineers in microwave LOS clearance survey.
• Drive test & optimization including checking the signal strength and quality of a particular site in a region and accordingly changing the tilts and orientation of the GSM Antenna to improve the coverage area
• Feed back to VOC (Voice of Customer) complaints related to coverage and quality
