Preventive and Proactive maintenance of Rotary equipment such as Centrifugal Pumps, Steam Turbine, Gas

Turbine, Centrifugal Compressors, Fans and Blowers, etc.,

 Analysis like equipment’s unbalance, misalignment, mechanical looseness, bearing failure.

 Schedule based vibration monitoring of all rotating equipment’s.

 Analysis like equipment’s unbalance, misalignment, mechanical looseness,

bearing failure.

 ISO 10816 -Mechanical Vibration

 Shaft Alignment- Laser Alignment

 Bump Test - To find the natural Frequency of Equipment

 Thermography- To measure a temperature for motors and bearings

 MCSA- To detect fault motor while in operation

 Balancing - Single Plane Balancing and Two Plane Balancing

 Using Frequency analysis, spectrum analysis, Phase analysis, and Orbital analysis to find a defect

 Collecting vibration reading in all three direction on bearing location

 Using Spectra Pro Software to do analysis.

 Ability to read General arrangement, Structural drawings, Assembly & detail drawings of all types of

equipment’s and its accessories of petrochemical plant.

 Comparing Limits with ISO standards and categorize the equipment condition.

 Maintaining trend of an equipment

 Measuring the bearing condition value

 Preparing Detailed Report about the equipment.

 Preparing Proposal for job and sales

 Ultrasonic monitoring to measure thickness of corrosion or crack on Pipelines, offshore structures,

pressure vessels

 Preparing of Inspection Test Plan

 Carrying out RT inspection with third party reviewing film and verifying certification

 Carrying out Hydro-test

 Carrying out quality inspections.

 Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.

 Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed

 Knowledge in all standards
