Currently I am working as a store manager in the nature’s co store in a south city mall. Plan and implement strategies for growth in the sales.
Breaking the ABP (annual business plan) target in week and day wise and achieving them with the staff.
Customer interaction- Delighting customers during the sales process and also after sales service.
Train and motivate the team and ensure their targets are achieved.
To ensure Proper Replenishment of Stocks, working in tandem with the merchandising department.
To look after the Profit & loss A/c of the store.
