My Job was maintenance of utility plant which include DM plant, Sea intake, 20MLD, 7 MLD, and different phase of Adani Power Plant, Mundra. I was in Powermech projects and they are the contractors of Adani for maintenance of Plant. This include multistage centrifugal pump, effulent treatment pump, Cooling towers. We have to do preventive maintenance in different section as per work order. The work order has been released by Adani Employee. And according to that we have to manage our team. That work also includes Pipe fittings in different lines of water for drinking and using in plant, it also include sometimes GRP work.
Initially, I was posted at Jaipur their closing site to take look of the machines that they are having and we require to maintain. They were making Roads of the Client NHAI, NHAI gave us too many sites, so after successful visit at their site in Jaipur, we moved to our working site Mahur, Assam. We were working on AS-22 Mahur, borrawappu that has distance of almost 25 Km. We were to do preventive maintenance of all the machines and Plant required for Road construction in which we have Crusher Plant, WMM plant, Hot mix plant. We were making breakdown report, service report, and diesel consumption report on daily basis. In breakdown report we need to write about breakdown machines which were not available that particular
Day. In service report we need to write about If any machine got serviced today and what particular parts had been changed. In diesel consumption report, we have to make analysis of average of the machines, how much hour they had worked and how much diesel was taken by them. We had around 150 machines at the site.
I had completed my bachelor degree from National institute of technology, in mechanical stream and after that I worked in construction company. Still , I am looking for construction company in like engineering , procurement and construction firms where I can use my skills. I need Job urgently.
