• Verification and Remediation of existing customer details in Appzone System.
• Account Opening (Current ac, Savings, and USD and staff accounts) in various currencies.
• Handling Customer Service Requests and mails for Deletion of Dual CID’s.
• Dealing in Customer Info Maintenance and FATCA Validation.
• Generation of Reports on daily basis along with updation in customer maintenance in FCR.
