as a hr specialist my duties are:
1- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
2- Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
3- Develop compelling and informative job descriptions that attract a strong pool of applicants.
4- Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screenings and shortlisting qualified candidates.
5- Conduct in-depth interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
6- Coordinate interview logistics and provide feedback to hiring managers.
7- Manage the recruitment process efficiently, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
8- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
9- Contribute to building and maintaining a positive employer brand.

quality manager of 10 branches salon in saudi arabia (moving between all
the branches across ksa to ensure that we deliver a high luxurious quality
services)
1) Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and
2) expectations of services
3) Assessing the quality of services through a variety of stress tests
4) Working with management teams to provide recommendations and
solutions to quality issues
5) Reporting on the quality of products and/or services throughout all phases
of production
6) Assessing and reviewing all materials provided by suppliers to ensure
overall quality
7) Investigating root causes of defects and recommending solutions for quality issues
8) Onboarding and training new quality control team members
9) Staying up to date with new quality control techniques and methods
