convert all drawings of the bar drawing FROM AUTOCADE 2D TO SOIDWORK 3D
Create 3D wire farm using the bar drawings of the project.
Fit the panels on the wire frame and give the main building the last shape.
Make the drawings of every panel.
Provide secretarial support to manager director, draft all correspondences (internally and externally) in both Arabic and English, and maintaining records in professional computerized filing system.
Coordinate conferences, visits, & meetings; travel and accommodation, maintaining schedules and calendars; and arrange for staff administrative requirements.
Maintaining logs, forms, templates, and databases for the purpose of tracking work; and preparing presentations, templates, weekly and quarterly reports when needed, and taking minutes of meetings when required.
Create and maintain manual and computer records and files for the Senior Management team so that records are up to date and information can be accessed readily.
Maintain diaries; arrange appointments, meetings, travel and accommodation so that requirements are met.

I worked as a full-time electrical engineer there.
