Payroll In charge (Monthly payroll and pay slip)
· Contract Management: Managing all company related labor camp contracts and other admin related contracts.
· Keeping Master Insurance updates.
· Employees leaves (All types of leaves).
· Responsibility of monthly bill EGL- LUMI - EPPCO-DU- ETISALAT.
· Responsibility of Passport & Admin petty cash.
· Preparing & responsibility of Employee Settlement & End of Benefits
· Responsibility of Employee Cancellation procedure. And follow up with Head Office & Mr. Masoud.
· Managing company scraps after being disposed by related department and ensure getting best Quotations to ensure best value out of this scrap through Waste Management Committee.
· In charge of company fleet registrations and renewals (If there was any fine to be debited to driver account)
· Account Manager for fleet GPS (Monitoring, Tracking, follow up Idling, ensuring fuel consumption, and compliance to road speed).
· In Charge of company stationery and distribution.
· Supplies workers with uniforms twice per anum in alignment with HR Manager.
· Random visit labor camp to hygiene, disciplines, and check if laborers are needed anything.
· Other duties as assigned by Manager - PRO
