• Optimization of new Cell Site include drive testing and tuning of cell parameters to achieve better quality of service, suggesting ways to achieve capacity and coverage objectives.
• Performing drive test and post processing of drive test data and performance analysis of each site and Walk test.
• Doing drive test for the new site verification like sector swap, handovers success, analysis of call flow, coverage levels and quality levels etc.
• Site optimization
• LTE Signal and Data Path, Data services and analyse the failure reported.
• Analysing the causes of Interference (Co-channel/Adjacent), call drops and handover failures.
• Analysis of weak coverage areas and providing solution such as repeaters etc.
• Handling Network related customer complaints.
• Responsible for Cluster, City, Benchmark, SCVT drive and CVT drive and DAS site (IBS Walk test).
• Data Analysis after Drive Test.
• RF Survey (like BTS survey, LOS Survey, for new site survey, EMF Survey, IBS survey and etc.)
Data Analyser:
• Analysing Network related issues by observing reports.
• Observing KPI issues from plots.
• Suggesting re-Drives.
Drive Tests & Optimization:
• Optimization of network to minimize call drop, Handoff failure, coverage overlaps, interference, RF speech quality.
• LTE Signal and Data Path, Data services
• Able to Analyse the failure reported
• Pre drive and Post drive test and IBS walk test.
• Co-ordination with Drive team at the time drive test to get quality report. .
• Preparation of Daily progress report
• Surveying the proposed route and finalizing the route.
• Involved in BTS Installation, Proper installation and replacement of the various sub-systems found in the IBS Including Amplifiers, Filters found in the system
Software Tools Used:
• X-Cal 4.95 for Cluster and SCVT Drive testing.
• X-Cal 4.13.667 and X-Cal Harmony 2.01.167 for CVT and 2.01.202 versions for DAS site Walk Testing.
• Net velocity 2.9.3 and 3.5.3 version for Network testing.
• MapInfo 8.0, 9.0.
Tools handling with:
• X-CAL for cluster optimization test (IBS walk test, pre and post drive test).
• JCP for analyzing signal coverage.
• Call tracer for checking call status.
• Net velocity task drive for outdoor paths

Responsibilities • Analyzing the requirements
• Doing the drive by connecting the five mobiles like LDL1, LDL2, LUL, VoS and VoL.
• While Doing the Drive we need to observe the RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, Throughput(DL and UL) and etc.
• Site Optimization
• If at all any problems will rise and we need to do again optimization and rectify the problems by doing the final Drive.
• Solved Pre and Post drive test, Customer Complaints, SCVT, CVT (ISC and DAS walk test), Cluster, Benchmark and City Drive
