successfully finished my training since January.My roles currently are;
Managing inbound/outbound calls.
Handling customer engagement.
Identifying customer needs, answering queries and solving issues.
Executing relevant communication scripts when speaking to callers.
Up-selling products and services when possible.
Keeping records of customer interactions.

Managed reservations for club amenities.
Handled inquiries and processed payments.
Maintained a tidy reception area.
Greeted members and visitors while welcoming them to the premises.
Kept track of club keys and log for any authorised key issuances.
Prepared and submitted reports on amenity usage, payments received and
other operational aspects to management.

Kept record of towels used in the pool and gym area.
Welcomed visitors and showed them around the premises.
Attendend to customers inquiries regarding the club facilities.

Handled payments via cash or card.
Issued receipts and managed Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Maintained a clean cashier desk.
