Marketing Specialist: (April 2014 to February 2020)
Started as Marketing Executive in April 2014; was promoted to PR & Communications Officer in June 2016 and as Marketing Specialist for EDI and SDS in May 2018

- Assisting the Director of marketing and customer service in implementation of the brand strategy and marketing strategy - including digital marketing, website conversion optimization, PR, different marketing campaigns and events.

- Supporting the development of the website/mobile site and social networking platforms. Curating content for the website, managing CMS & SEO.

- Assisting the CEO in creating and implementing marketing plans directed toward end users for each key product within EDI/SDS portfolio, in line with strategy and targets.

- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)

-Seeking customer reviews via various platforms for improvisations of their experience.

-Organising road safety campaigns across schools, universities, government and private institutions in the UAE. Prominent campaigns include ones organised in coordination with Dubai Customs, Dubai Police, RTA.

-Targeted market research, mystery shopping to keep a hawk eye on competitors’.
