Develop and manage the Supply Chain Function comprising of purchase planning, procurement, warehousing and distribution in line with company objectives and meeting customer demand
Managing entire department and lead the Supply Chain team

Ensure that the monthly stock taking teams perform accurate stock takes and reconcile against the ERP system
Preparing necessary reports for Management meetings
Effectively generate all planning reporting templates to include key KPI’s such as Weeks of Cover, Average Order Value, SKU efficiency, Carry-over, Stock Turn, etc…
Monitor SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the future
Monitor the difference in forecasted Sales vs. Actual Sales and Planned Deliverables vs. Actual Receipts and form action plans accordingly
Analyzing historical trends, current trends and future opportunities and formulating product assortments that mirror market/store nuances
Responsible for department budget (preparing and controlling)
Preparing necessary policies and procedures for all the department activities
Planning and organizing new and projects to improve department performance
Having regular meetings with Sales Managers to understand and meet their requirements
Meeting major customers and dealers to meet their enquiries
Leading and monitoring Supply Chain team to ensure team performance are according to the roles and responsibilities
Maintain professional internal and external effective working team relationships with all support departments
Key member & certified internal auditor of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005 & leader for implementing a barcode system ISIS in the warehouse & production.
