· Selling auxiliary products such as excess baggage, preferred seat selection and lounge
access.

Assist passengers with check‑in.
· Received training for Amadeus and liaison check-in software system.
· Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
· Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions or
cancellations.
· Manage passenger baggage processing including handling and fee calculation if applicable.
· Assist passengers as needed through arrival and check in process including support for
passengers with special requirements such as unaccompanied minors (UM), Diplomats,
VIP and passengers needing wheelchairand stretcher assistance.
· Guide passengers through Customs, Health and Immigration asrequired.
· Make public announcements as and when required.
· Assist colleagues in other areas of the airport to ensure that wheelchairs, strollers and
checked‑in bags (cleared through security) are made available for loading upon departure
and delivery to passengers upon arrival.
· Comply with all airport authority and carrier security requirements.
· Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPʼs)
· Operate system and specialist equipment such as air‑ bridge, scanners and airline
specific software.
· Produce work‑related documentation when required.
· Maintain the higheststandards ofsafety and security at all times.
· Special duties such as rescue flights, chartered flights, Air Force Aircrafts and Hajj Flights as
assigned.
. Assisting passengersload luggage onto the overhead lockers.
