Identify the strategic business and market trends, i.e. competitors and principals activities, customer’s behaviors, and ensure alignment of the various business components to these trends and recommend solutions to cope with market changes.
Review monthly sales data, prepare report on variance and submit report with recommendations to the general manager.
Ensure customer prospecting database is constantly updated and maintained, identified and smartly interacted  with Key Account Customers to maintain customer satisfaction and to sustain and improve the business.
Possess expertise and knowledge of company's financial promotions and incentive for customers.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Monitor customer buying trends, market conditions and competitor action to adjust strategies and achieve sales goals.
Regular and timely follow ups with managers and company heads to ensure smooth closing process. .
Sales of HVAC Accessories, Air Ducts, Air Movement Products, Plumbing, Fire Fighting accessories to all the major MEP contractors in the Kuwait Market.
