• Maintaining Time In/Out records in SAP.
· Maintaining record of the Passports In/Out in SAP.
· Generating report on headcount changes of people going on Annual leave,  Biennial leave,  Casual leave and Emergency leave from SAP
·Generating report on Passport expiry, Visa expiry of the employees from SAP.
· Creating,  Modify,  Release Purchase Requisition for various items in SAP.
· Processing leave applications.
· Taking up exit interviews for people who are leaving the company.
· Preparing Documents for 180 days’ Visa Cancellation.
· Preparing Documents on refund of Visa Charges from the ministry
· Preparing Documents on people going on resignation/termination and cross checking the same from the ministry of manpower report and website.
· Preparing Documents for the renewal of the Passport and forwarding it same to the concerned person or working location.
· Preparing Documents for the process of Absconding Employees.
· Preparing Documents in case of Deaths.
· Maintaining Data on driving license of the Driver's and Operators.
