• Airport pickup for new recruits.

• Joining and re-joining formalities of new recruits.

• Induction to the new recruits.

• Visa formalities and co-ordination with HR Dept.

• Passport submission and withdrawal from sponsor's office.

• Exit permit for outgoing employees.

• Local Manpower hiring.

• Proper documentation of all project related administrative works.

• Equipment hiring as per project requirements.

• Drivers' allocation.

• Co-ordination with main office & clients as and when required.

• Day today activities for smooth functioning of the project.

• Reporting to concern HOD's regarding the task performed.

• Petty cash handling.

• Any other duties as decided by the Management from time to time.
