Responsible for IT Infrastructure and Operations for Caterpillar sites in Dubai. Main job responsibility is to liaise with Caterpillar’s Global IT team, manage vendors and implement corporate standards and control practices at the MEDC and other locations and provide helpdesk support to users at CAT Dubai and escalate various issues to internal L3 support teams based on ticket priority.
