• My responsibilities include inspection, troubleshooting and rectifying various faults in STS cranes, ARMGs, Spreaders and other port related machinery.
• Performed routine maintenance inspections of port equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns.
• Performing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance on standby machines and conducting emergency maintenance on operational cranes.
• Maintenance and alignment of motor coupling
• Knowledge of wire rope inspection
• Skilled in reading hydraulic drawings as well as mechanical structural drawing
• Knowledge of brake systems, snag protection systems emergency brakes used in Cranes
• Experienced in of trouble shooting of hydraulic systems on STS cranes, STS spreaders,
ARMG &RTG Cranes
• Familiar in implementing DP world safety, quality, health standards
• Assisting engineers from ZPMC, GPC and RAM Spreaders in crane modification and maintenance
• Conducted annual inspections and safety test on elevators and escalators.
