1. Worked as a mechanical design engineer for product development for machine of Ion Implantation.
2. Worked on part modeling, assembly modeling, drawings related to those parts and assemblies.
3. Worked mainly on Pro-E, UG NX 7.5, Pro-Intralink and PM Smart applications.
4. Got knowledge on Ion Implantation process of semiconductors.
1. Completed apprenticeship training in BEML so as to increase my knowledge of workflow and various stages of production from base raw material to final product and problems raised in this cycle.
2. Worked in two big projects - 6 months in design dept. of TATRA PMS bridge Defense trucks and 6 months in design dept. of Overhead Equipment (OHE) of Indian Railways.
3. Worked along with various modules of SAP and its applications used in company. Worked in various applications of SAP modules used in certain stages of production like reservations for material requisitions, creating PDO(Parts Disposition Order) notification, displaying notification, creating consolidated material requirement(CMR) etc.
4. Got knowledge of various stages of production(from raw material to final finished assembled product).
5. Got knowledge of various mechanisms in engines, transmission, power steering, suspension, pneumatic brake system used in trucks.

4. Practised on CATIA and UG NX 7.5 and Time sheet management(summit) and Pro-Mechanisms.
