Key Achievements:
 Collaborated with department heads and conducted multiple digital innovation workshops to identify the digital (mobile, social and cloud) disruptions and the transformation approach (business and technology) for same.
 Developed and finalized the Digital transformation plan considering the management and business priorities.
 Conceptualized, evaluated and initiated the implementation of various IT solutions with niche business value proposition and high RoI.

 Responsible for managing Program and project for Government sector clients. Managed inter-dependencies between projects to ensure all of them are successfully delivered with highest quality, within budget and on time
 Managing multiple large engagements (programs and projects) for multiple customers at same time
 Lead teams, prioritized workload across teams, managed resources across various projects
 Developed and maintained Project management plans (including Project schedule, Resource plan, Communication plan, Risk management plans etc.) to efficiently manage the project and initiate Change Management process at appropriate stages

 Assigned to couple of delayed projects. Successfully recovered from delayed projects with management support.

Primary Accomplishments
 Gained management confidence to expand his portfolio from Oracle ERP to include Web Applications, BI Application
 Shortlisted & implemented new applications to manage business demands, keeping in mind the long term goals.
 Nitin has succeeded in increasing the efficiency of crucial business processes. Lease process has been reduced from 22 days to only 4 days.
 Succeeded in reducing the tenant’s outstanding by introducing process automations & controls
 Nitin has also increased the system usage across the organization by displaying the benefits to senior management
 He has received several commendations from the Senior Management & business user community

Job Responsibilities
 Nitin is managing complete Oracle ERP operations at EMG, which is not only limited to production support but also involves business process improvements, implementation of new modules, upgrade and integration of ERP with external systems for business operations, especially mobile platforms like iPhone.
 He is heading Web Portal implementations to increase the customer satisfaction & bring in operational efficiency
 He is responsible for BI implementation & Operations
 He has spearheaded many IT initiatives to bring in new & better applications to manage business demands, improve revenue & operational efficiency. He is currently managing an implementation of retail industry focused application.
 He develops project scope definition and implementation plans to maximize allocation of resources, ensure timeliness of delivery and optimize solutions
 He works with key business functional heads, plans, configures, and supports system implementations and business process integrations. Also acting as a system subject matter expert for supporting business processes
 He is managing a fully integrated team to provide user support and further enhancements to business processes. He is providing technical direction to all team members, and ensuring on-time delivery of all projects. His team includes employees & vendor resources.
 He is involved in the business analyst tasks like gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuration changes, setting up Proof of Concept (POC) demos, designing customizations/extensions, testing solutions, generating test scripts, writing documentation, etc.
 He is accountable to Project steering committee for all ERP implementations & is single point of contact for all stakeholders including CEO, CFO, Department Heads, and Corporate IT etc.
 He is responsible for preparing RFP, vendor evaluation & selection, contract negotiation & Finalization.
 He prepares ERP Yearly budgets and monitors actual spending to ensure it never exceeds the budget
 Prepare training plans for team and also organize trainings for ERP Users
 He tracks the project & operational projects/tasks on weekly/monthly basis and provides reports on same to all the stakeholders.
 Apart from Oracle ERP/CRM, he is also managing other CRM Products like Seibel (Customer Data Hub), Procco (Loyalty/Gift Card Program)
