Job Responsibilities
Nitin is managing complete Oracle ERP operations at EMG, which is not only limited to production support but also involves business process improvements, implementation of new modules, upgrade and integration of ERP with external systems for business operations, especially mobile platforms like iPhone.
He is heading Web Portal implementations to increase the customer satisfaction & bring in operational efficiency
He is responsible for BI implementation & Operations
He has spearheaded many IT initiatives to bring in new & better applications to manage business demands, improve revenue & operational efficiency. He is currently managing an implementation of retail industry focused application.
He develops project scope definition and implementation plans to maximize allocation of resources, ensure timeliness of delivery and optimize solutions
He works with key business functional heads, plans, configures, and supports system implementations and business process integrations. Also acting as a system subject matter expert for supporting business processes
He is managing a fully integrated team to provide user support and further enhancements to business processes. He is providing technical direction to all team members, and ensuring on-time delivery of all projects. His team includes employees & vendor resources.
He is involved in the business analyst tasks like gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuration changes, setting up Proof of Concept (POC) demos, designing customizations/extensions, testing solutions, generating test scripts, writing documentation, etc.
He is accountable to Project steering committee for all ERP implementations & is single point of contact for all stakeholders including CEO, CFO, Department Heads, and Corporate IT etc.
He is responsible for preparing RFP, vendor evaluation & selection, contract negotiation & Finalization.
He prepares ERP Yearly budgets and monitors actual spending to ensure it never exceeds the budget
Prepare training plans for team and also organize trainings for ERP Users
He tracks the project & operational projects/tasks on weekly/monthly basis and provides reports on same to all the stakeholders.
Apart from Oracle ERP/CRM, he is also managing other CRM Products like Seibel (Customer Data Hub), Procco (Loyalty/Gift Card Program)
