Task:
Review and approval of Method of statement, dossier, and other technical documents from Qatar energy.
Plan, Support and carry out the plant commissioning and ready for startup activity.
Carry out project documentation and deliverables review and work for closure of project.
Coordinate, liaise and follow up with relevant stakeholders for closure of complex issues in line with Qatar Energy and international standards and practices.
Carry out Site acceptance test, Performance test with OEM and submission of report for approval to QE.
Interaction with OEM and Qatar Energy for planning and execution of Safe commissioning of the plant.
MC walk down, PSSR, Punch closing, Dossier preparation, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning, MRT, etc.
Support and carry out the plant commissioning and ready for startup activity
Carried out the daily plan activity of commissioning and readiness of plant for a startup.
Safe commissioning of the plant.
Carry out a safe start-up and shut down the plant.
Monitoring the activity like Catalyst charging, MC walk down, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning, MRT, etc.
Working in Hydrogen Generation Unit and Feed Gas Treatment (H2S Removal) Unit having capacity of 19 MT/HR for each train (3 trains) and 285600 Nm3/hr. respectively
Key Result Areas:
Working as a Commissioning Specialist, with expertise in receiving project documentation and analyzing the scope of work relating to the discipline as per the requirements.
Technical Review of PEFS, HAZOP and Data sheet, Check sheet, risk register documents and writing of technical documents.
Leading project planning & scheduling; preparing and keeping up-to-date the commissioning and start-up and handing over execution plan.
Showcasing excellence in coordinating with other disciplines in order to ensure on-time integration of activities
Exhibiting excellence in preparing method statements, procedures and routines as per the requirements
Entrusting with the responsibilities of managing the Hydrogen Generation and ASU Unit with capacity of 16 MT/HR and 10050 NM3/HR respectively

•Directing end-to-end Commissioning, Safe Start-up and Shutdown functions of the plant
•Driving maintenance & commissioning activities with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns, quality compliance, inspection and manpower planning to ensure timely execution of activities

•Root Cause Analysis and implementing corrective actions & improvements to eliminate recurrence of breakdown using troubleshooting tools
•The review of production and maintenance team for plant effectiveness improvement
•Performing fault diagnosis for all kind of equipment; managing multiple activities involving machine reconditioning, machine performance monitoring & so on
•Executing project engineering including commissioning, testing of equipment, condition monitoring & predictive maintenance of critical equipment along with corrective actions to avoid breakdowns
•Directing & instructing Maintenance Technicians and monitoring expenses with optimum utilization of resources; ensuring zero accidents with zero loss to man, plant & machinery
•Preparing and maintaining the reports (daily-basis), maintaining process parameter; submitting the reports to the Management in order to facilitate decision-making
