Key Responsibilities: Reports to Regional Sales Manager & Key Account Manger
Assisting Key Account Manager in managing a portfolio of 11 clients across US, Canada & Mexico region
bringing in revenue of USD 12 million for the organization.
Working with Key Account Manager to grow account sales by 10-15% year over year.
Cross and Up selling Safety products to existing customers to generate additional sales revenue.
Actively involved with KAM, Product team and customer in new product development and private labeling
Process. Involvement in stages ranging from R&D phase through commercial production.
Coordinating with Respective customer marketing teams to finalize branding elements such as Packaging,
Logo, design etc.
Taking care of full order fulfilment process in SAP while keeping a close eye on ETA’s and ETD’s of shipments.
Cultivated long-term business relationship with key decision makers ranging from product and inventory
managers to C level executives.
Handling supply chain, ensuring timely deliveries & fulfilment of demand and supply for clients whilst taking
into consideration Manufacturing plant capacities and various bottlenecks.
Working on forecasts, planning on bookings to satisfy upcoming demands.
Liaison between 8 manufacturing units overseas and customers in North America.
Day to day issue resolution pertaining to product management and quality.
Maintain outstanding customer service and relations.
Training new recruits on SOP and KPIs and ensuring that these standard procedures & Practices are followed
in day to day work.
Managing account receivables of designated Accounts.
Identifying and listing new companies to create business relationship.
• Data base generation through primary and secondary resources.
• Seek appointments with customers through cold calls.
• Promoting and selling Banking services to the target customers.
• Maintaining client relation through regular interaction.
