Assessment:To set up an accounting system for a new business entity worth of 600 Million, create chart of accounts in different modules of Accounts: • Accounts Payable • Accounts Receivable • General Ledger Allocating cost center; Profit center, testing the SAP system to measure the accuracy and migrate the old data from the previous system (application). Go Live on the new accounting tool and support the end user in the area of any issues raised during the operation. Responsibilities ➢ Managing Income, expenses cash flow (finalization) of the accounts. ➢ Inventory management, and maintaining the accuracy with the physical inventory. ➢ Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and company assets. ➢ Reviews, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports. ➢ Reviews Accounts Receivables/Payables and weekly payment runs. ➢ Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves the transactions within designated limits. ➢ Preparation of Budgets, forecasts and financial Yearly. ➢ Review reports and analyses projections of sales & operating income. ➢ Prepare and present cash flow. ➢ Coordinate with the Audit reporting and development of management reporting and analysis of the Company’s financial and operating performance.
Finance Planning & Analyses and General Ledger (Record to Report) team.Overall responsibilities of Financial planning and forecasting analyzing the cause of changes on a project level, end-to-end General Ledger Accounting, Balance Sheet and Fixed Asset Account Reconciliation. Manage the Team members assigned to the process and will be expected to report upwards on the health, efficiency, and results of the process.
FP&A and General Ledger (Record to Report) team.Team handling, Achieving TAT, meeting SLA per business requirements and working with SAP implementation team for up gradation.
Vendor Invoices, clearing reconciling items, Vendor Payment, Revenue Planning and Vendor Query, Financial Planning and Anaylasis.
