* Main Job Responsibilities
 >Supporting Territory HR Manager in assessing each outlet’s Manpower needs and formulate plans for addressing the Manpower gaps.
 >Coordinating end - to-end recruitment for the territory.
 >Preparing monthly MIS and providing various reports pertaining to Human resources to management.
 >Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial Management-Employee relation.
 >Managing welfare measures, Team Building, etc. to enhance motivation level and Productivity.
 >Conducting Exit Interviews
 >Planning and coordinating with vendors for Outsource manpower requirement.
 >Supervising and co-coordinating Payroll activities for over 1400 employees.
 >Ensuring Data accuracy in the Oracle HRMS.
 >Providing data pertaining to Payroll to finance for closure of monthly financial MIS.
 >Involved in mid year and annual performance appraisal exercise and also involved in yearend Increment exercise for the entire territory for Support function.

*Achievements

 >Played a key role in successful implementation of Oracle HRMS payroll module and represented Qatar territory at the time of UAT and requirement gathering.

 >Played a major role in implementing online KPI (Key Performance Indicators) setting for operational and management functions.
