Joined as Financial Controller and looking after the accounting of the Hotel. Also, developing the accounting system, preparing the SOP's for all departments, training to the staff.
Handling 4 * Hotel with 85 rooms and 5* Club having more than 3500 members. Looking after all accounting, finance, funds management, banking of the company. Introduced digitalisation of supplier payments, payment gateway for members. Introduced the MIS System generated reports. Handling total 11 accountants team.
Worked as Chief Financial Ofgicer for the said 5* property. The hotel was having 110 Roos with 4 banquet halls. Introduced the IDS software for the hotel management. Also linked 600 items of purchases with software for the correct reporting. Indroduced the MIS system for the hotel. Prepared more than 60 SOP for the smooth working of the hotel.
Worked as Financial Controller and was handling 3 hotels of the group. Total turnover of the hotels was more than 20 CR PA Introduced new report system including MIS and budgets.
Worked as Chirf Accountst and was handling 3 hotels of the group. Also done the pre opening of the 6 hotels and one banquet hall of the group. Prepared all SOP for the new hotels.
Worked as Acvounts Manager and handled all Accounting Financial matters of the company. Introduced Tally Accounting Software and installed successfully for the Accounting.
Joined as Jr Accountat in the bank. Worked in various areas of the bank like Loan, Accounts. Promoted as Branch Manager and handled 5 branches Also handled the staff of 50 in the bank.
