Heading the Branch Banking channel and ensuring the following:
* Positioning the branches as Key Business Centers. Enhancing the Sales productivity in branches by putting in place the
sales channel, process to help improve product delivery and customer experience. The focus was on enhancing the
Liability business through CASA acquisition. The Bank during this period improved on CASA from 41% in Oct-17 to 49%
presently.

* Build up Relationship Management teams at branches: Introduced Relationship Officers to the branches to enhance
the Wallet share of the clients to Exim Bank and also enhance acquisition of SME and Commercial clients in the branch
vicinity. This channel presently is responsible for 30-35% of total New to Bank Acquisition in volume terms

* Enhance customer base through Direct Sales (DSR) and Relationship Channel: The DSR channel was put into place to
enhance the branch productivity. The Bank also enhanced the Relationship team to support the branches. This helped
increase the client base by 25% during this period and

* MIS : Developed a comprehensive MIS on MS Excel

Enhance Third Party Income: Brought in focus on the Third Party income business which increased contribution to the
Bank from Mobile money and Money Transfers to Tax Collections. The segment initially contributed less than 1% to
the bank’s revenues but the same was enhanced to 3% during the period.
* Growth in CASA : The most critical action point as we focused on High Value accounts to enhance the Bank CASA from
15% to 27%. The strategy was to tap the top clients in each of the key business segments and provide a customised
bank account to them.

* Growth in Asset base: The Bank grew the Asset book by 50% during this period with aggressive lending to Commercial
establishments while reducing the NPA levels through constant counselling and tracking of client’s business by 40%.

* Launch of VISA Card and Arsenal Affinity Account : The Arsenal Affinity Account was one of it’s kind product in
Uganda and born out of the tie up of the group with Arsenal Football club. The product was developed in conjunction
with Kenya Office and was doing well as Uganda has a lot of Arsenal Fans
