system, Water features, Sewage Lifting stations, Storm water drainage system, Symphonic drainage
network, Condensate recovery systems.
D) Electrical Systems: Internal and External Building Electrical works including rising mains, bus ducts,
meter boards, distribution boards, LT panels of 440/220 volts level, HT panels of 132 /66 /33 /11 KV
level, LT/HT cables, cable trays, trunking, substations with 40 MVA capacity l, DG Set of 12.50 /7.5
/2.3 MVA, 1500 /1250 /750 KVA capacity, ATS panels, Switch gears-
VCB, OCB, ACB, SF6, Synchronization panels, UPS, Battery bank rooms, lightening arrestors, power
and clean earthing systems, lifts, Escalator and travelators, VFD controls,

Overall in-charge for managing/administration of the SS, G.I, M.S- Ducts, Dampers and Grills
Production.
• Establishing Monitoring & Reviewing systems
• Conducting Internal Review Meetings to provide direction to the Production and Sales teams.
• Ensuring Profitability on individual projects.
• Introduction of CGF duct work in Qatar market.
• Introduction of non-coated fire rated ducts in Qatar market.

• Create a schedule of values and project logs, plan for project safety and mobilization including
review and validation with team members
• Procurement process and document control
• Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop
drawings, document control logs.
• Work with Procurement in setting up/executing including defining scope of work, authoring
Exhibits, ensuring scope coverage, coordinating buy and project schedules
• Attend all schedule and management MEP meetings necessary to monitor and manage the
project.
