Working at Hamad International Airport, which is subsidiary of Qatar Airways. My current role is to manage existing CCTV System, Access Control System and Video Analytics System with a scale of approx. 12000 cameras and 5000+ access doors. I am working as a Project Manager to handle specific large projects viz. replacement of 10, 000+ cameras (from SD to HD), migration to new Video Management System, migration to new Access Control System with change in card technology, implementation of new video Analytics System, migration from existing legacy NVR storage to virtual environment with NAS storage, implementation of active-active redundant CCTV set-up (with NAS storage) for 12, 000 cameras etc., all at live airport environment. System design and product evaluation for Access Control, CCTV, Biometric and Video Analytics System is is part of my current role.
Pre Sales, IP CCTV, Access Control, PIDS, PAGA etc. Worked onsite on a overseas project at Saudi Arabia for Saudi Aramco Company. During the project managed design, product evaluation, system implementation etc. for IP CCTV, Public Address & General Announcement (PAGA), Siren System, Weather Monitoring System and Fire Alarm System interface. Generated revenue for company with project change order of value US$ 12M.
Security Systems, Access Control, Biometric Systems, CCTV (IP & Analog), Intruder Detection, PIDS, ANPR, Baggage Screening, Barriers, Blockers etc. During the tenure in Olive Group I managed a consultancy project for Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for the design of Enterprise-wide Access Control and Video Surveillance System for 300+ sites across India. For an year I worked as Project Manager to manage ONGC Consultancy Project. worked on various overseas project (onsite and offsite) as Lead Designer for ELV Systems (Access Control, CCTV, PIDS etc.)
Project Management, Vendor Management, People Management, Customer Management etc. End to end Design, Configuration, Implementation & Maintenance of ELV (Security) System. Handled a team of 56 operators and engineers.
