Larger experience in handling Payroll techniques. • Hands on experience on handling 100+ clients in Payroll. • Implementation of new clients and Legal entities in EY Interact payroll & Digital Payroll. • Preparing client demo training of tools for New Clients. • Onboarding of Internal country team employees & Client employees in EY Interact Payroll. • Delegating, assigning, reviewing of works done by team member. • Providing trainings to Internal country teams on the tool & assisting on the technical issue faced during payslip distribution & Statutory Documents. • Ensuring that teams are motivated, monitored and measured in line with company targets and performance standards
• Larger experience in handling Account’s payables. • Performing reconciliation of funds that cost to parent company. • Processing of monthly fund billings. • Ensuring that teams are motivated, monitored and measured in line with company targets and performance standards
Verify and inspect accounts receivable and payable ledgers and general ledger for its accuracy.
•Check, inspect and reconcile bank deposits and payments and coordinating all operational activities.
•Check all accounts and clients databases are updated and functioning properly.
•Check out profiles of New entrants to the company and their activities in the working nature.
•Handling Human Resource activities like start to end operations from hiring to the exit of the employee.
Payroll Process: (Handling Australian Payroll for National Australia Bank for approximately 35, 000+ employees)
•Responsible for 9 Adhoc Activity in payroll and Maintain all statutory compliances.
•Meeting deadlines efficiently and effectively and Managing employee’s pay cycle (From hiring until Separation) via SAP ERP database.
•Handling the workflow in Payroll and Leave Team and HR Audit Reports on a daily basis. Handling Error reports on a Fortnightly basis. Maintaining Payroll through SAP ERP.
