• Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance activities across different plants (Brine & Caustics, Utility & Distribution (UDD), EBS and
Olefin-1 plants) during my tenure and ensuring timely completion while optimizing cost and equipment criticality.
• Lead daily coordination meetings with Area Maintenance Managers and Operations Maintenance Coordinators to review notification
quality, priorities and job progress; conduct field checks to develop detailed job plans and execution sequences.
• Create and manage end-to-end SAP work orders with sequential task lists, material/labor/services requirements and accurate costing;
perform daily review and technical completion (TECO) after history verification and open reservation clearance.
• Handle Emergency and High-Urgent jobs with speed by securing resources and materials in the shortest possible time, dynamically
adjusting planned activities and maintaining complete tracking until successful closure.
• Coordinate with internal workshops (Metal, Machine, Motor, PSV, instrument and Heavy Equipment) and external service providers for
planned and emergency overhauls, calibrations, repairs and transfers; raise request for urgent material whenever required.
• Maintain minimum stock of critical equipment spares in coordination with Materials department; track and report weekly work order
status, hold points and overall job progress to stakeholders.
• Extract and analyze KPIs on weekly basis with required justification and improvement actions; monitor weekly cost consumption
against allocated yearly budget together with Cost Engineer and initiate cost re-classification requests when necessary.
• Supported 4-month pilot implementation of KAFA (Planning Process Improvement) system at Olefin-1 plant: executed and closed all
high-priority jobs daily in SAP, participated in weekly walk-downs, prepared and shared one-week-ahead schedules, verified
scaffold/spare/service readiness, performed daily site visits for feedback and conducted daily/weekly review meetings with OMC,
Operations and Maintenance teams.

• Planned and scheduled the full maintenance program for Safaniya Onshore Producing facilities (including the largest GOSP unit),
ensuring on-time job completion through daily schedule execution, site validation visits and incorporation of field-discovered job
requirements.
• Reviewed and validated all approved notifications each morning for completeness, accuracy, realistic priorities and proper technical
object reference; obtained engineering approval for all alteration and modification requests.
• Converted validated notifications into maintenance orders and drafted detailed job plans defining manpower, materials and required
support services; updated work order user status according to job progress and expedited material delivery through Purchase Group
and Expediters.
• Coordinated daily activities with Operations & Maintenance teams and Execution Craft Supervisors; prepared scopes of work for
support services, generated Purchase Requests and followed up with Contracting to release Purchase Orders.
• Developed and distributed yearly and weekly PM schedules to all concerned departments; followed up with maintenance crews to
complete PMs within planned time frames; served as weekend crew handling emergency jobs and material follow-up with duty
personnel.
• Ensured complete history entry after execution and Operations acceptance, then performed TECO on orders and notifications;
removed backlog jobs identified as already complete during review meetings and supplied scheduled copies to O&M every
Wednesday.

Key Projects: Reliance Industries Ltd. Dahej Manufacturing Division (RIL DMD) - Ethane/Propane Recovery, Gas Cracker, Caustic Chlorine &
Polymer plants | ONGC Mangalore Petrochemicals Ltd. (OMPL) - Aromatic complex (MSEZ)
• Prepared material take-offs and requisitions for procurement; enlisted required manpower and equipment; scheduled jobs based on
resource availability and followed up on material delivery and inspection.
• Performed raw material physical inspection, in-process & final fit-up inspection, 100% visual inspection of structural welding and line
check inspections; issued punch lists to production crew and witnessed punch item closures.
• Conducted all inspections in compliance with ASME Section V, IX, VIII-Division 1 and AWS D1.1; performed welder qualification tests
according to ASME Section IX.
• Verified calibration certificates of pressure gauges, safety relief valves, welding equipment, ovens and measuring instruments;
ensured accurate and up-to-date calibration records were maintained.
• Executed paint inspections including Dry Film Thickness (DFT), surface profile, paint viscosity, humidity and material temperature
checks; supported overall planning, execution and quality control activities on site.
