Roles & Responsibilities:
•Job responsibilities include checking the quality of incoming milk both quantitatively and also by lab procedures.
•Responsible for the entire production of milk output for a day which is of approximately 50000Ltrs/day.
•Check quality of milk for every 1 hour and to make necessary processing so as to ensure the quality of milk.
•Responsibilities also include packing and dispatching of milk
•Experience in powder plant maintenance.
•Expertise in working with Separators, Evaporators, Chillers, Agitators, Mixers, Boilers, packing machines and also in Effluent treatment plants.
•Efficient in Man power management skills.
•Responsible for an entire shift which is of 8 hours which includes Milk plant, Powder plant and also Boiler plant.
•Was in charge of a new project known as SCM (SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK).
•Maintaining a shift wise report of milk consumed for production and also a plan for future use of the remaining milk.
•Expertise in planning and tracking productivity
•Exposure to Skimmed milk powder production
•Good knowledge of Effluent treatment plant, analysis of COD, BOD and DO.
•In charge of ETP plant for Diary and a Powder plant.
•Checking the primary collection tank, Secondary collection tank, Aeration tank and Dry beds.
•Checking the acidity of the outlet water for all tanks to ensure processing and checking the COD and DO levels on a regular basis.
•Maintaining records of daily data and clear audits done by ISO.
•Personally performing COD and other tests in lab.
•Suggesting ideas to higher officials for more efficient processing and sludge disposal
