standards.
✓Manage operations with rental cold storage facilities, including space optimization, overseeing container offloading, and verifying Goods
Receipt Notices (GRNs).
✓Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of inventory, purchases, and shipments to support audits and operational transparency.
✓Prepare and issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), following up actively to ensure timely delivery and address discrepancies efficiently.
✓Supervise the entire supply chain process, including logistics planning, order processing, and delivery scheduling to ensure timely
fulfillment.
✓Resolve delivery delays, quality inconsistencies, or disputes with vendors promptly to maintain operational efficiency.

• Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
• Maintaining staff records and keeping personal files for individual staffs
• Dealing with Visa and work contract documents.
• Monitoring visa validities of staffs and make arrangements for renewals, extensions or exits within the valid dates.
• Managing attendance and payroll of employees with ERP software
• Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
• Regular check of Bank assets and Completing bank reconciliations
• Entering financial information into appropriate software programs
• Managing Petty cash and Processing business expenses
• Coordinating internal and external audits
• Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
• Verifying bank deposits and Monitoring day-to-day transactions
• Recording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget
• Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements
• Maintaining Sales invoice register and monitoring receivable payments by set date to ensure proper fund flow
