Unicoms HQ is the operational headquarters of UniComs AG group, Switzerland, which markets and sells easy- to- use home diagnostic equipment and food supplements worldwide. Established in 1998, UniComs has its presence in over 18 countires.

• Strategic Insight and Development
• Development and implementation of annual marketing plans of UniComs products worldwide that resulted in consistent increase in sales in a flat growth industry. During this time, marketing played a key role in achieving sales growth that consistently outperformed key competitors.
• Developed and spearheaded the rollout of international expansion that has resulted in our presence in over 12 countries in a short span of two years.

Brand & Marketing management
• Drove the development and implementation of media strategies that resulted in improved efficiency and accelerated sales growth and profitability.
• Successfully and simultanelously launched new products in four different markets by sustained marketing activities thereby increasing our sales figures and confidence of our distributors in our products.
