Contract Administrator/Cost Control Engineer
a general contracting company specializing in Design-Build projects
As a part of Tender department, working in estimation of different type of projects such as, hypermarkets, petrol stations, ware houses, infrastructure, in addition to residential buildings, performed the following.
•Delivered accurate and efficient quantification and estimation of various types of building projects in order to produce a full BOQ.
•Prepared and sent request for quotations for various packages, followed up and prepared comparison sheets accordingly.
•Successfully provided accurate evaluations to management, enabled them to provide reasonable offers.
Successfully undertaken the team leadership and training to achieve the following:
•Efficiently delivering tender BOQ’s and post contract quantification of various types of building projects (Villas, Schools, warehouses, hotels, residential and commercial towers). Ranged form (AED 5 Million- AED 220 Million).
•Established a process to produce and verify the payment applications.
•Evaluated variation orders, prepared the submission documents, negotiated and finalized with the Engineer.
•Counselled and prepared Structural Shop drawings
•Accomplished a high level of work which promoted the trust with the other stakeholders.
In a high-rise building project | Beach Rotana Residence (4B+G+3P+ 2towers (Residential Tower 30Floors, & Hotel Apartments 23Floors)), with a value of around (AED 600+ Million)
•Delivered quantification of full building items, to support procurement, planning, and operation teams. Furthermore, to evaluate variations, and prepare and assess payment applications.
•Completed detailed quantification and evaluation of BOQ´s of the 5 stars hotel ID packages of around (AED 110+ Million).
•Supported evolution of the received quotations for ironmongery & joinery, parking accessories, etc…
Delivered Quantification using (Easytender, and Planswift, and MS Excel). And created 3D Models using Revit.
Provided Structural analysis and design for building using CSI software. Produced AutoCAD full set detailed drawing and assessment report as required by the authorities for approval.
