Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets.
•Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion plans.
•Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products and services.
•Advise dealers, resellers and hypermarkets on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
•Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
•Monitoring sales team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
•Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
•Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

•Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary & analyze inventory evaluation, inventory roll forward.
•Prepare collateral reporting.
•Coordinate with IT department for system issues, maintenance and development such as production, purchasing, import/export, accounts payable, accounts receivable, import/export IT, receiving, shipping, and other.
•Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories.
•Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory, liability accounts.
•Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability.
•Work in special projects as required.
•Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as audit schedules, tax schedules and others.
•Ensure timely submission, accuracy and validity of inventory, gross margin schedules to management.
