dentify and develop organization strategies for the region by identifying and researching HR issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives
 Responsible for HR policy and process standardization across region countries and audit of work time regulations

 Ensure Company is in compliance with the applicable federal and local employment regulations for the Africa region. Develop and perform routine compliance audits
 Take the initiative to evolve the role as the business needs necessitate, including the ability to effectively supervise other members of the HR team
 Partner with Corporate teams (i.e., Compliance, Benefits, Compensation, Training & Development, Employee Services), as they relate to the Middle East and Africa regions, on topics such as:
o Global projects - lead and/or as a team member
o Identify emerging workforce issues related to compensation and benefit practices and develops innovative solutions.
o employee communications, including: policies and procedures; holidays; announcements; etc.;
o developing and delivering HR initiatives.
 Align region HR objectives to the Corporate HR roadmap
