Roles & Responsibilities:
• Preparing and sending invoice to customers.
• Monthly GST, TDS filing and Quarterly VAT filing
• Sending reminders to the customers and following up for payments regularly
• Vendor payments processing
• Salary processing
Preparing and submitting VAT Quarterly to HMRC
•
Taking customer orders over phone and responding to customer emails.
•
Preparing and sending invoice to customers.
•
Identifying reason for shipment for each order and Creating AWB for those carefully to make sure that there will not be any delay in clearance
•
Well trained in creating DHL, TNT, Fedex, DTDC, Aramex and UPS AWB’s
•
Providing accurate, valid and complete information about the services offered by the company to
the customers.
•
Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.
•
Escalating issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
