• Acting as a member of the Help Desk team and provides first line support services to all users of ICT, in accordance to the established standards and Operating procedures that include the logging and the maintenance of necessary Help Desk log information by using available Help Desk tracking software which provides the first line Help Desk support services via identification and resolution/escalation of the end user reported issues including hardware and software operational problems, access to data and computer resources, utilization of standard software packages and access to central Agency applications; Ensures proper installation and update of anti-virus software on all PC equipments and conducts routine check to ensure a virus free computing environment.


• Preparing and supporting necessary ICT services for various group meetings and conferences; managing accounts using Active Directory, and supporting and Managing Mailing Systems in UNRWA (Microsoft Exchange), Use system (BMC Service Desk Express, And the ability to resolve users problems over the phone.
