Preparation, Submission and follow up document, samples related to project to main contractor / Consultant for their approval
Routing & Distributing of documents as per company procedure & requirement in expedition
Manage daily use of EDMS, Update all project logs. Coordinate with consultants & contractor to send and receive various document & outstanding issues.
Implement standard procedure for filling, receiving, dispatching & distributing of documents being handled in matrix workflow
Preparing the Transmittals and all correspondence for the submission and also making daily, weekly & monthly reports.
Follow up & expedite priority items with relevant managers, engineers, consultants & client.
