Currently, Working as Repair Manager at GE Service Center, Overall ownership, operations execution and project leadership of the facility for all aspect of Repairs and Reconditioning of Gas Turbine Structural Parts, Rotor L-Groove Repair, Hot Gas Path parts, Compressor Rotors, Fuel Nozzle, Stationary Nozzles, Shrouds, Buckets, Pumps, Compressors and other industrial repairs including Generator Stator, Rotor Repair/Rewind
- Overall ownership, operations execution and project leadership of the facility.
- Interface and manage projects as necessary with the marketing, sales, commercial, operations, quality, and engineering teams.
- Provide effective leadership for manufacturing operations in the plant that includes responsibilities in Environmental Health & Safety standards, LEAN and Quality, and overall productivity, employee engagement, achieving goals in production, machine and material efficiency, cost out, and quality in conjunction with the business goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership in problem resolution, resource utilization, career counseling.
- Analyze production labor requirements, implementing appropriate capacity decisions within COE budget.
- Promote safety and ensure teams compliance with all safety and environmental rules, policies and procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity and of quality for all production procedures.
- Generate operating rhythm and drive communication and recognition at all levels in the plant to be consistent with the business strategy.
- Interface with Customers regarding work in progress, service offerings, and other service related activities.
- Work with individuals at all levels of the organization to motivate for results.
- Work with customers, functional leaders, and internal staff to meet organizational requirements
Worked as Lead Rotating Equipment Reliability Engineer at 400, 000 BPSD, YANBU ARAMCO SINOPEC REFINING COMPANY (YASREF) on different packages on a Commissioning/Start Up project with responsibility of Smooth Start up, Preparation of Startup Procedures, Walkthroughs, Plant Technical Support and Trouble Shooting, Vibration analysis, Lube oil analysis, Equipment performance monitoring, Development of maintenance and condition monitoring procedures, Major revamps of Turbines, Compressors, Pumps, Motors, Generators of Refinery Plant, Reliability initiatives RCM, RCFA etc., Material Requisition preparation, Technical clarifications, review vendor submitted engineering drawings, coordination with different disciplines.
