Maintaining Key Metrics like C-Sat, FCR, AHT and Schedule Adherence. « Providing inputs in Team Huddle and giving support to New Joiners so they can climb the learning ladder and give the desired results. « Handling Escalation Calls and providing second voice when and where required.
